Property Managers will Gain the Competitive Edge They Need by Attending Springfest 2017

Toronto, ON, Feb. 16, 2017 – Springfest, the one-day event for building and property executives, owners and managers returns May 3, 2017, to the Metro Toronto Convention Centre.

This free, by invitation only event is targeted to building owners, managers, engineers, and operations professionals responsible for office, industrial, condominium, and apartment, medical, educational, retail, and institutional buildings that are looking to source the latest news and updates from experts familiar with recent industry changes. Together with Yardi and BOMA, along with support from ACMOCCIFRPOGTAAREIC, attendees will be able to network with peers and exhibitors, stay current on market trends, discover solutions that improve efficiency and reduce costs.

“It is important that industry professionals make well-informed decisions about their portfolios,” said Nancy Milani, Vice President, Informa Canada. “We’ve designed a seminar and live demo program that will bring together busy professionals with industry experts to communicate the latest developments.”

The event provides hands-on educational opportunities through 18 free seminars and show floor demonstrations. Attendees will be able to glean insights on the latest technology, security, trends, regulatory changes, and capital projects, as well as learn how to reduce operating costs, increase revenue and identify new income opportunities within the property management sector.

Springfest is home to more than 250 exhibitors that understand the needs of professionals who manage all types of properties. From office buildings and hospitals, to hotels, to schools and multi-residential properties, they all present their own set of unique challenges. Attendees from across the industry can source the latest products and find solutions that matter to them.

“The property management industry is quite complex,” said Jeff Ingram, Director of Sales, Informa Canada. “Our attendees will be able to learn what they need to know in this fast and cost-effective event.”
