Join us as we take you through what this new Framework means for your conservation projects, how best to navigate through the transition of programs, and what to expect from new program design and innovation in future. Commercial building owners, operators and contractors will be provided an update on the available energy efficient incentives and how best to maximize it for your upcoming projects.

Joe Bilé

, Manager, CDM Program Delivery & Business Development at Toronto Hydro

Joe Bilé is Manager of Conservation Demand Management (CDM) Program Delivery and Business Development at Toronto Hydro. He leads a team of business development professionals working with customers and the supply chain to promote and deliver CDM programs. He is also Co-Chair of the Commercial & Institutional Working Group at Ontario Power Authority. With over 25 years of experience in the energy management industry Joe’s career has spanned such roles as HVAC design engineer, energy engineer, project manager and energy performance contractor. Prior to joining Toronto Hydro, Joe was the Director of Energy Services at a Canadian leader in facility management services responsible for the development and delivery of energy and sustainability services with national client portfolios. Joe graduated as a mechanical engineer from the University of Waterloo in 1986 and received a MBA with Distinction from the Schulich School of Business in 2004. He is a Professional Engineer in the Province of Ontario and a LEED-Accredited Professional.
